Having values-driven motivation helps businesses achieve more

Money is like fuel. Cars need fuel, but the purpose of the car is not to buy more fuel. Business is the same. The purpose of business is not to make money, it’s to advance a greater purpose or cause.

This keeps me awake at night. Not the content, but that my arguments in support of this are counteracted by some people’s dispassionate hunger for profit or bonus at any human cost.
