I saw improvement opportunities in many domains and exposed the benefit of adaptation to the change-makers, yet I was chastised in return and accused of not being ‘constructive’.
Disruption is a good thing: the seeds of innovation. Disruption is far superior to a ‘construction’ that merely reinforces existing structures.
Why is corrective-disruption and creative-destruction not fully encouraged and embraced in childhood?
I learnt to be less constructive, less reinforcing; but disruption and innovation in the face of cynics was a much more valuable lesson.
